Calendar


Follow the steps below to set up access to another person's Microsoft 365 Calendar.


On the other person's computer: 

  • Open the calendar in Outlook. 

  • Click the "Share Calendar" icon on the tool ribbon near the top of the Outlook window, and then click "Calendar". 

  • Click the Add button, double click your username in the list that appears, and then click "OK". 

  • Select the desired permission and then click OK.  

On your computer: 

  • Open your calendar in Outlook. 

  • Click the "Add Calendar" icon on the tool ribbon near the top of the Outlook window, click "Open Shared Calendar", and then click the "Name" button. 

  • Double click the name of the person whose calendar you want to access and then click "OK".

 

Contacts


Follow the steps below to set up access to another person's Microsoft 365 Contacts. 


On the other person's computer: 

  • Open the Contacts in Outlook. 

  • Click the "Share Contacts" icon on the tool ribbon near the top of the Outlook window. 

  • In the contact sharing invitation that pops up, enter your email address and click Send. 

On your computer: 

  • Open the sharing invitation message in Outlook. 

  • Follow the instructions in the message.
